So generally with my clients, I will encourage them to fill out a diary logging their food intake, exercise and activity, and any symptoms they may have.
Often it is done online, but there is something always reliable about writing it down on some good ole paper and pen.
So, to make it easier- here is a downloadable (pretty) food diary for you. You can fill it in ahead of time, before you see me and bring it in so we have something to talk about in our consult, or if you have already seen me you can print it out and start logging on paper right now!
